What is this?
The JERO Autofillomat is an automatic refill device for single ink cartridges.
The cartridges do not have to be refilled manually - you only have to insert the cartridge into the device. The refill process is performed by
activating the pedal switch.
Maximum time saving and minimal refill costs?
Constantly working pneumatic components result in an extremely short refilling time. This increases the production amount per hour and
decreases the time and personnel costs per cartridge.
With the Autofillomat you will work more profitable than with other refill methods!
Which cartridges can be refilled?
With the Autofillomat you are currently able to refill more than 55 different cartridges of CANON and HP!
What do I get?
The Autofillomat-Set contains:
- 1 Autofillomat
- All Inserts which are necessary to refill the specified cartridges.
- 4 60ml Luer-Lock syringes
- 4 Supply pipes for ink canisters
What do I need in addition?
For operating the Autofillomat you also need a reliable compressor unit with the following specifications:
- constant pressure of 6 bar
- Volume pressure of min. 120 l
- Delivery of oil-free, dry and clean air-pressure
Machine hour rate?
The machine has a machine hour rate of 0,91 EUR. This calcultation is based on an operating time of 8 hours a day / 200 days.
The price per refill unit is 0,006 EUR - below 1 EURO Cent! - when refilling 150 cartridges an hour.
